Affiliate Marketing on the Internet – Review of Beating AdWords
One of the most common questions I get from people starting out in Affiliate Marketing on the Internet is “how do I drive traffic to my site”? The answer I give them is “the easiest way to drive traffic to your site is to get an AdWords campaign up and running”. This usually leads to the next most asked question “why does my AdWords campaign cost so much?” or “how do I keep the cost of my AdWords campaign down”. My answer to this is to do what I do every single time I build a new site and start an AdWords campaign, follow the excellent ebook beating AdWords.
So for this article I thought it would be a good idea to bring you a quick a review of beating AdWords and leave it up to you whether or not you feel its a worthy addition to Affiliate marketing arsenal.
Unfortunately, with Google’s new quality score in place, it has never been harder to launch an AdWords campaign and keep costs down. Simply starting a campaign and throwing some keywords into it, will soon see your budget blown (or worse) with little to no sales.
Beating AdWords specifically looks at how to improve your quality score and drive your PPC (pay per click) costs down. These guys have dissected the process Google uses to determine its quality score and in the guide you are shown step by step of what to do and what not to do, hence the title of the ebook is beating AdWords, because this is exactly what it helps you to do.
Some of the main steps Beating AdWords looks at are:
How to format keywords
What Keywords to use, both in your ads and on your site.
What keyword density to employ
What keywords to exclude
Setting up a good landing page, squeeze page or blog, formatted to get the maximum quality score.
There are examples given for yo to look at which are real examples, not the scenario based ones of most other guides out there and you are even given web site templates to get started, templates which I still use to this day when setting up sites, these sites are still amongst my best converting sites.
Obviously as with any guide beating AdWords is only going to be helpful if you actually take action and follow the steps after reading the guide through a couple of times (you will be forever referring back to it) too many wanna be marketers contact me complaining they cant make any money, the main problem they have is they do not take any action, simply gathering knowledge doesn’t make you a dollar, so please if you get a guide read once or twice, makes some note, then put it away and get on with building a page and promoting a product.
Beating AdWords is possibly the only guide you will ever need, the price has been currently slashed from $197 to $67, to read a more in depth review of beating AdWords or to purchase beating AdWords check out this review of beating AdWords
